Privacy policy

Information collected

When you fill out the contact form, we collect: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), the related application and your message. The server also keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) needed for security.

Purpose

This information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on the business relationship. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Retention

Requests are kept while the business relationship is active, then for at most 3 years after the last exchange. Technical logs are kept for a limited time.

Access and hosting

Only the Nexora Creation administrator has access to requests. Data is hosted on a virtual private server operated by Nexora Creation, without any third-party cloud database service.

Cookies

The public site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. One strictly necessary cookie is used only for signing in to the administration portal. Page views are counted in aggregate (day and page only), without cookies, IP addresses or any personal data.
