Purpose of the site

This site presents web applications developed by Nexora Creation, along with adaptation and custom development services. No purchase is made online: each project is subject to a written proposal.

Demos use fictitious data only. Some actions are disabled and data may be reset at any time. Do not enter any real or confidential information.

Purchase, licence and costs

The price of an adapted application is a one-time payment for the delivered version; Nexora Creation does not impose a mandatory software subscription to keep it. The written proposal specifies what is included, what is customized, what remains optional, licence and ownership terms, and possible costs for hosting, domain, third-party services, support, maintenance and future changes.

Intellectual property

The site content, the Nexora Creation brand and its logo are protected. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Liability

Information on the site is provided for guidance and may change. Contractual commitments are those of the signed proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
